The pick up was difficult with it being in an alley way plus the car had a couple of minor issues. The host however was very helpful. The process was stressful for a first time user of Turo but will probably be fine for someone who is used to it.

Hi, you were provided with full instructions on how to pickup the car which you ignored. Once you actually read the message with the instructions you immediately found the car. In the thousands of bookings I've had, not a single person has struggled to find the car. No issues were reported on the car and the car worked perfectly fine.
On time drop off which was great, car was good!

Just wanted to share my experience. I recently Uzair’s Zafira Tourer car, and it was seriously great. It was super spacious, in fantastic condition, and honestly, just a really good ride. The whole process of picking it up and dropping it off was a breeze, no hiccups at all. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for a hassle-free service.
