The car ran well, the host was responsive, and we enjoyed our trip. The car gave us multiple alerts as to issues that were wrong and needed servicing. The engine heat sensor would beep incessantly, and automatically turn off the cars AC so we could not use that function. The host was responsive but unapologetic, we were able to use the RAC at his recommendation. And whilst this was helpful, it cost us a day of travel. It seemed that many of the issues could have been resolved prior to our booking. We have used Turo many times before and have not encountered these issues before.

1 week into the 3 week trip you informed me that the car was overheating. I asked if you could keep an eye on it and keep me updated as was likely a sensor issue. I offered to get RAC to you and provided all info for this. You didn't reach out for 2 weeks but then claimed it was problematic for the whole trip? You then reached out the day before the trip. I can only help if I am informed of the issues. RAC confirmed coolant was low but just Incase I changed a few parts. No issues with car since
