Overall, the process was smooth, and communication was good. However, the vehicle wasn't ready on time, which delayed my trip by more than 30 minutes.
I also found the real-world range to be lower than expected. While it was advertised as up to 150 miles, I was able to get around 100 miles under my driving conditions. The car is well suited for city driving, but I wouldn't recommend it for longer journeys where range is important.
Overall, a good experience, and I hope this feedback is helpful for future renters.
