Car pickup and dropoff was prompt and very quick handoff. We had delivery to our location which was very convenient and the host was very friendly.
Car was fairly good, some signs of wear and tear as expected for a rental but overall quality was good and no major problems with usage. If you have 6 or 7 people the boot space does get very limited however.
