I have rented several cars from this host with no issue. I will rent again from this host. I had an issue with the car. To start the AC was not working and I had to wait in almost 100 degree weather for someone to come fix it. The car drove but it struggled pulling up small hills . The car was not in a condition you expect from a rental.

Thank you for your feedback and for being a repeat guest. We responded promptly and repaired the A/C as quickly as possible. The Mitsubishi Mirage is a 95-horsepower, 3-cylinder economy car, so slower acceleration and reduced power on hills are normal characteristics of the vehicle. Nice cute little car! Gas saver for sure. My only issue was that the ac went out and it is wayyyyy too hot outside for that.

The car is a real head-turner. It’s fun to drive, gets good gas mileage, is comfortable, and did everything we needed it to. The host was very amicable and workable and communicative.
