Very responsive host unfortunately vehicles had issues
You’re right responsive was exactly what was happening. But I don’t understand why this car got a five star yesterday and today it’s a one star.. I even drove this car before this guest picked it up. There was no issues with the brakes and whatever else she was complaining about. Usually all those extra complaints and strikes against hosts are when they charge for gas when it’s brought back when it went out on full . Back lower turo has a new way excellent Idea to the Turo team. Ty in advance.

While I was on the highway the wheel was alil shaky and the brakes felt off an was making a little scratching noise . My appointment was a medical appointment it was a very necessary appointment. I did not feel safe on the highway in this car.
That’s funny. I drove this car myself on the highway to Milwaukee. Didn’t notice any of the complaints. Just put brand new tires in the front. Soon as my mechanics freed up, I will put brand new brake pads in the front as well. Keep in mind this is not a brand new car and you can’t keep everybody happy. But I strive to do that.

It was Superb!! The car the upkeep and the Pricing!! This was an Excellent Experience; The owner was Phenomenal and Attentive, he made the Entire experience unforgettable and hands down, I’ve been telling others how great it is to Rent from Turo.
