I had a really great experience renting this Toyota Prius for the day. The car was very clean, comfortable and in excellent condition. It had just been serviced, and everything worked perfectly throughout the trip.
Neelimakumari was very friendly, helpful and professional. She delivered the car directly to my home and also collected it afterwards, completely free of charge, which made the whole experience extremely convenient and hassle-free.
The car drove perfectly with no problems at all. Excellent service from start to finish. I would definitely recommend and happily book again. Thank you!

We had a fantastic experience hiring this car through Turo. well-maintained, and exactly as described, perfect air conditioning.It was comfortable, reliable, and made our trip even more enjoyable.
The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Pickup and drop-off were quick and convenient.

You get what you pay for….this was the cheapest 7 seater available and included drop off/pick up.
Pros - the host was absolutely delightful and couldn’t have been more accommodating. The air con was excellent. The car has Apple play.
Cons - the car. This car is old and knackered and has done 240,000 miles. The acceleration is terrible. It rattles and shakes. When you go over about 65mph there is a tapping noise. When you brake when going at speed or when going down a hill the whole car shakes. The front window washer doesn’t work (as in no water comes out). The rear view camera is stuck on with selotape. The radio doesn’t work. The Apple play is not connected to the car’s audio so you can’t listen to anything via Bluetooth whilst driving and drown out the rattling. I did one long journey and I was surprised it made it there and back. I was very glad to return this car.
In hindsight, I would rather have paid double the price (which is what I was quoted) to rent directly from a local hire shop.
