Everything was so easy with Bryan… I needed to drop the car off earlier as my travel plans changed and he was very understanding. The car is lovely to drive and was altogether a smooth trip.

We organised a car to collect from Heathrow airport.
We followed the turo app instructions which advised the car had been left in the short term car park.
We spent over an hour trying to find it, I eventually got hold of the host who told me that turo got the location wrong, and it was in the long term car park, this in turn cost us 48 pounds in parking, turo will not accept the blame.
The car was dirty. With a Water logged passenger floor, we had to travel 2 hours with wet feet.
Then had to dry the car out.
When we dropped the car off it was an hour and a half earlier than the final drop of time, we dropped it with a full tank of fuel, when we collected it, it had 3 quarters of a tank.
The host charged us nearly 10 pounds for parking it up earlier.
Now he is trying to claim we scratched the car, when the photos he took before we collected were taken in a different location, the photos we took at collection show the scratches.
DO NOT USE TURO!
This has ruined our holiday!

next time you plan a trip like this make sure your communcation is perfect because everything you did was late. everyone knows when you land it takes 1 hour to clear customs its an airport theres fees for leaving the car which I have commitments theres no way I can wait for you. you also bought the car back early and gave me 30mins to pick it up no communication again i havent even mentioned you left a scratch on my car
