Jr is a genuinely great host who is based close to LHR airport. The C300e is great for London specifically because it's a plug-in-hybrid. Because the windows (apart from the wind shield) were tinted, it made it difficult to see our surroundings in low light. The car has a setting on the display which is assessable from the right hand side of the steering wheel (on the 'home' button) that uses sensors to show what vehicles are surrounding the car, however it led me to prefer lowering both windows while driving especially when crossing dark intersections at night. Unfortunately we suffered a punctured rear tire the morning the car was due to be returned because a sharp corner of an island in a parking lot wasn't visible when looking out of the tinted windows and side mirrors. Instead of being frustrated, Jr was empathetic knowing that it was the end of our journey and that we needed to catch a flight. He kindly took the car off of our hands while we were waiting for roadside assistance .
