This was the worst Turo experience I’ve ever had.
From the outside, the car looks like a premium Mercedes, but once you start driving it, it’s a completely different story. The ride quality was terrible. The suspension felt worn out, and every bump in the road could be felt and even heard. It seemed like the shock absorbers were no longer in good condition, and the tyres felt very cheap, making the drive uncomfortable throughout the trip.
The car also had several other issues. The stereo wasn’t working properly, the volume control button was broken, and the fuel level bars weren’t displaying correctly. Overall, the vehicle felt poorly maintained and not in the condition you would expect when renting a premium car.
Based on my experience, I don’t think the host has maintained the vehicle to a good standard. If you’re considering renting this car expecting the comfort and quality of a Mercedes, I’d strongly recommend thinking twice before booking.
