Overall, the car was fantastic to drive and was in great condition. It handled really well, was comfortable, and I had no issues with the way it drove.
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because none of the charging ports worked. The USB ports and the 12V/cigarette socket were both not functioning, so I couldn’t charge my phone during the rental and had to rely on a portable power bank the entire time, which was quite frustrating.
Aside from that, it was a great car, and I’d happily rent it again if the charging issue was fixed.

The vehicle did very well throughout our journey into the Cotswolds. The host was extremely kind and flexible and accommodated our needs very swiftly. And arranged an easy drop off and pick up. They were also extremely responsive 10 out of 10 would recommend.
