We immediately assisted with contacting Turo Roadside Assistance and remained available throughout. As the tyre was damaged during the trip after hitting a curb, reimbursement is not the host’s responsibility and any claim under your protection plan would need to be addressed with Turo.
Absolutely amazing car and five star service throughout. Totally hasslefree I thoroughly recommend you renting from these guys. Kyle and his wife were amazing!
