Disappointed in the lack of flexibility and service on the return. Being asked to wait for the host to arrive so I could hand in the keys felt like being penalised for arriving early. If you had a "drop box" for keys it would be far more flexible. It's not my fault your train was cancelled. If you have clients returning cars at any time on any day of the week at that location YOU should be early!
You only gave me 3 hours notice to return early sir, more time would have allowed me to adjust my plans for you..
Although my train was cancelled, I was still early, for the original collection time, if you recall.
As you chose to meet at the airport, they do not have drop box facilities for us to use. Perhaps contact the airport to report your suggestion.
I don’t think handing the key back to me in person is a lot to ask for, again it is what was agreed in the hire.
