The car was handed over clean and in great condition. Unfortunately, we discovered during the trip that the AC wasn't working. While fixing it on the road wasn't practical, Arun was incredibly supportive and immediately compensated us for the inconvenience. Excellent communication and a very fair host—would definitely rent from him again!
