The host was great and very easy to communicate with which made the process smooth. However there were some issues with the car that had a small impact on the trip. Overall, the experience was good, but addressing those car concerns would make it even better.

We had a great experience with Ismy overall. The car was lovely to drive—smooth, clean, and exactly as described. There were a couple of minor issues: the vehicle wasn’t fully charged at pickup and the right tyre was slightly deflated, which caused a small delay. However, Ismy was very responsive, polite, and helpful throughout, and quickly addressed our concerns. Would definitely book again!
