Turo 2026 UK monthly trips host incentive program – Terms & Conditions

We’re offering a special incentive program to help UK hosts attract more monthly trips. Qualifying vehicles are eligible for the extra incentive amount for each 30-day trip that meets the criteria listed below. During the incentive program, the incentive is available for a maximum of £300 per vehicle, as listed below. Qualifying trips must start on or before 31 August 2026.

Vehicles enrolled in the 2025 monthly trip incentive campaign are not eligible for the 2026 monthly trip incentive campaign.

Incentive details and host eligibility

  • The incentive period starts 8 June 2026, 11:59 PM BST.
  • The incentive period includes eligible trips that start on or before 31 August 2026 and end before or on 30 November 2026, 11:59 PM GMT.
  • This incentive program is invite-only, and you must have received an invitation to participate through email or the Turo app. In order to qualify for the incentive program, you must enroll through the app by adjusting your monthly trip settings for highlighted eligible vehicles to a 45% discount or more.
  • The incentive program is only available to invited hosts in the UK. The incentive paid for each UK qualifying trip will be on a per-vehicle basis at £100 per 30-day period, up to a maximum of £300 per vehicle.
  • The applicable incentive payment will be paid within 10 days after the end of an applicable 30-day period. If a portion of an eligible trip over a 30-day period is less than an additional 30 days, the participating host will be paid a prorated amount for the qualifying additional days, if applicable. In the case of a prorated payment, the payment will be paid within 10 days after the end of the applicable trip.

Trip eligibility

To be eligible for the incentive, the following criteria must be met:

  • The trip must be with an eligible vehicle;
  • The vehicle settings for the eligible vehicle must be set to a 45% discount or more at the time of booking;
  • The trip must start on or before 31 August 2026;
  • The trip must be booked for a duration of 30 days or more; and
  • The trip must be completed for 30 days or more with at least a 45% discount applied.

No fraudulent activity allowed

  • Trips used to meet the incentive qualifications must be completed by unique guests and must not be flagged for fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or review. Trips by friends, family, or people known to the host are considered fraudulent activity.
  • Turo reserves the right to disqualify trips deemed to be fraudulent, promotional, or that aren’t conducted at arm’s length.

General terms

  • Incentives are non-transferable, not for resale, and can’t be combined with other offers.
  • To prevent misuse of the incentive program, Turo reserves the right to audit listing and booking patterns and to withhold or revoke incentive payments and suspend the concerned host account at its sole discretion in cases of suspected abuse, gaming the program mechanics, or behavior inconsistent with the spirit of the program. All decisions by Turo regarding qualification and incentive eligibility are final.
