I have not received any prior complaints about the car. The guest requested an earlier pickup time, but unfortunately I already had commitments that day and was unable to accommodate this change.
They chose to park on the road and subsequently received a parking ticket. I believe this may have contributed to their decision to leave a 1-star review.

Host was friendly, communicative,, on time with delivery/pickup, and the car was in as good a condition as I would expect when I had my own car: it was clean, drove well, and no surprises. Easy experience overall, would hire again for sure, recommend this to anyone else thinking about using.
