When arriving to the car I hadn't notice as I picked up late night I couldn't realise until the next morning that the car was given was nothing to what it was advertised, second of all I initially rented the car to take me and myself and the family to a wedding which I had to cancel on because the host was aware the car was making knocking noise but hadn't told me until I confirmed with him at the end of the trip which resulted me in not going to the wedding as I am not chancing 300miles trip with a shaking wheel and the failure brake light came up overall shocking and wouldn't recommend

- The brake warning light was not due to faulty brakes. As I explained during the trip, the notification was caused by the vehicle’s computer requiring a reset after the brakes had been replaced.
- You drove over 300 miles, which is evidenced by the before and after trip photos. Had the vehicle been unsafe to drive, such a journey would not have been possible.

Arif is very responsive and collection/drop off is convenient and hassle free. The 2017 118d includes a USB-A port and a dash mount. This is a good option for anyone who needs a car with easy bus connections to Ealing and West London. Enjoy this RWD hatchback, BMW doesn't make them like this anymore.

The car quality was nice. Arif was very good with communicating. It was very comfortable to drive. Only thing to note is the handbrakes. It doesn't seem to engage properly. Apart from that it's really smooth and nice to drive.
Thanks for the feedback. I got them checked and they said there is nothing wrong with the handbrake.
