Lucas was great, was in communication ahead of arrival and pick up. Great little car. Had been some issues with the prior users leaving the car messy and with some minor damage, and Lucas kindly offered to pay for cleaning and free use of the fuel in the car. Thanks Lucas!

Amazing customer service from both bashir and Lucas. The drop of was easy, the car itself was very comfortable and spacious and helped with getting me to my retreat for the weekend. Will definitely be booking again

The car was handed over in damaged condition, and this was documented immediately at check-in in the Turo app and reported to customer support. The response focused only on cleaning, but the main issue was the pre-existing damage. I did not receive the vehicle in the condition expected for a rental.
