Car worked perfectly, super easy collection and drop off, the hosts were really helpful and responsive. Would recommend!

I’m not happy host gave me car with 3/4 of the fuel tank. I drove 60 miles to my direction then and I had half tank left. So I purchased fuel until full. When I drove back another 64miles I have returned the car with full tank. I feel I have been cheated and now I believe I’m £15 out of pocket. Never accept car if the tank is not full turo have no return policy just inconvenience for the host.
Thanks for choosing our car, Milan! Just to clarify, Turo's policy requires guests to return the car at the same fuel level as pick-up, not a full tank. The car was provided at 3/4, so 3/4 back was perfect. Filling it to full was a personal choice and not something we asked for. A 2 star review for this reason feels quite unfair given the car was clean, accurate and well maintained. Hope to have you again!
