The car was very pleasant to drive and just the right size for the small streets of London and some of the tiner hamlets in the area; the trunk has also a lot more space than one would guess.
Host was very pleasant to talk to and accommodating. Will speak again for future rentals

Location not accurate and the app did not let me check out for over half an hour

The pickup location was accurate & clearly provided in both the Turo app & my messages. Unfortunately, the guest did not read the pickup instructions, which would have avoided any confusion. The delay in checking out was caused by the Turo app, the last min early return and was completely outside my control. The guest also chose to end the trip early and requested a last minute trip adjustment. Despite this, I accommodated the request where possible and remained available to assist throughout.
Host was excellent and very easy to work with. The car was delivered on time, fully fueled, clean, and in good condition.
