The car was exactly what we expected by, and Muller (the host) was very friendly and fairly responsive to messages. This would be a 5* review but half way through our trip we got a flat tire; on closer inspection the two rear tyres were worn down to the tread and were a potential death trap! We had to waste 3 hours changing them which meant that we had to drop several items from our itinerary. Punctures happen, but the tyres should have been changed a long time before we got the car. We bought two new tyres and will hopefully get reimbursed by Turo or the host.
Charging wasn’t as seamless as it should’ve been, but to be fair Muller did resolve the issue quickly.
Would be happy to recommend Muller to prospective guests, but make sure the tyres are OK!

Muller did an excellent job communicating dropping off the car at our flat. While slightly delayed due to London traffic, it was not a major issue. The Tesla Y is just like my vehicle, and this vehicle performed very well. Muller keeps the car in very good condition and was clean. He has a mobile Tesla charger should you need one and also card key. Please note Tesla Supercharger requires host owner to have a supercharger account paid for renter in order charge at Tesla Charging Station. Overall very positive experience with Muller and Turo.

Great - flexible with pickup/dropoff at Heathrow; car was perfect for us. Suggest you do *not* rely on the Marriott Renaissance hotel lot SuperCharger when you return - many non-Tesla vehicles take up two charger spaces b/c their port is on the wrong side and Teslas cannot charge next to them. There were 4 vans essentially taking up 8 charge stalls on a very hot day with a queue of 3-4 more cars waiting (not owner’s issue of course). Ensure with owner that charging at SCs is enabled and billback via Turo is set up.
