Kari is responsive and helpful. There was approx an hour delay in pick up due to issues by Turo. Car is barely in decent condition with very limited range. We travelled around 150 miles and had to charge twice which was an issue.
Thank you for your booking. The pick-up delay was due to Turo’s verification of your international licence & IDP, submitted close to the booking time & beyond my control, although I offered a later return time to compensate. I’m confused by the mention of clutter, as the car is professionally cleaned before every booking & has no personal items. EVs naturally require charging, and factors like speed, route & temperature affect range. I hope this helps clarify points beyond my control. Thanks 🙏

Kari was an excellent host and very friendly and communicative. Car was easy to drive and pick up was straightforward. Only feedback would be to change to a lighter smelling air freshener
