The host provided clear communication throughout, with straightforward instructions on downloading the app, accessing the key, and operating the car. Collection was quick and easy.
Unfortunately, the condition of the vehicle was disappointing. It was dirty inside and out, the rear windscreen was cracked, and the battery was only at 19% when I collected it. This meant I had to spend the first few hours of my trip charging the car before I could continue. Fortunately, I wasn't working to a fixed schedule, but if I had been, this would have made me significantly late.
Overall, the host was easy to deal with, but the vehicle's condition and low state of charge fell below what I would expect.

Overall, it was an enjoyable Rental and day nice ride . Communication with owner could have been smoother and state of the Car could have been better described as I was not expecting the creaky suspension or cracked rear window and warning from the car that the tread on the tire was low.
