This is not the first time I’ve rented a car from Sid, and once again, I’ve had a fantastic experience!
Sid is incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. He took the time to help me connect my phone to the car and explained everything I needed to know. He is always smiling, welcoming and happy to answer any questions. He is also very responsive to messages through the Turo app, making the whole rental experience easy and stress-free.
The car I rented this time was different from the one I had rented previously, but it was just as well maintained. It was spotlessly clean, fresh-smelling and clearly looked after. During our journey, we found it extremely comfortable, including for the passengers sitting in the back. The boot was spacious enough for all our belongings, and the car felt very stable and quiet on the motorway. It was also very easy to drive, and the automatic transmission made the journey even more enjoyable. The car was economical on fuel, making it a great choice for longer trips.
When we returned the car, I was a few minutes late, but Sid was very understanding and reassured me that it was absolutely fine, as there is an additional 30-minute grace period. He checked the car carefully, and everything went smoothly.
What I particularly appreciate about Sid is not just the quality of his cars, but also the way he treats people. He is approachable, genuinely friendly and always willing to help. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease, even when you’re driving a car that isn’t your own.
I would absolutely recommend Sid and his cars to anyone looking for a reliable, comfortable and hassle-free car rental experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again. Thank you, Sid, for your kindness and excellent service! 😊

Excellent service from Sid and Isy who were very responsive, friendly, helpful patient and thorough. The car itself was spotless, in great condition and lovely to drive. I was a little apprehensive about the Japanese OS, but needn’t have worried as that didn’t impact my experience at all. Overall a great experience and I’m already planning my next few hires.
