Linda was easy to communicate with and was very responsive, plus is a really nice women. The car wasn’t the best to use as the Aircon was broken and we only found out when we arrived and so we had to drive for 2.5 hours in 35 degree heat. Also one of the tyres had cracks in from being worn down. Linda said she had recently had them changed so it may have been bad luck from the garage/mechanic she used, as we had to top up tyre pressure twice and then eventually go to a garage to have the tyre replaced as they said it was too dangerous to drive as it was worn down due to cracks, and they said it can’t have been from our drive as the cracks and bulges come from usage.

Sorry For the AC issue you were given 10 percent off as a good will gesture and for the tyre the We emphasise on safety checks before driving off because tyre issues develop quickly.
My car is now booked for maintenance addressing the Ac issue .Since you changed the tyres and was reimbursed. It will continue to serve as a great ride as seen in the previous reviews.
