I hired this vehicle to drive two close friends to their wedding venue the night before their wedding day. Halfway into the journey 1.5 hour journey, the engine completely lost power on the motorway and would not restart, meaning we were left stranded on the hard shoulder for over 7 hours, missing all of the evening’s pre-wedding arrangements. I will not be hiring from this owner again.

It is puzzling that you exaggerated a 7-hour wait despite documented evidence of timely assistance. Your attitude throughout was very patronising, and you're not welcome back.
