Car worked well, easy drop off and pick up

It was so smokey inside even though it's a non-smoking car. Also, despite of having paid for it, a smartphone holder was not equipped.

As per our messaging conversation a refund was issued for the phone holder as it was broken by the previous renter 😁

Everything was smooth except for the fact that the car had an extremely strong smoke smell that bothered us throughout the trip. Everything else was super smooth and the host was also available to answer questions and very friendly but the car itself while extremely clean, had the smell issue. Would still rent from them in the future, but couldn’t give a 5 star rating in good faith only because of the strong smell.
