The pick up instructions were clear and communications with Jonathan were easy and comfortable. The car had been broken into before our arrival (London is a big city!) but as there were no valuables in the car, we spoke to Jonathan, who reassured us, and we were on our way.
The car is fun to drive in the sunshine! We had a wonderful time driving to Oxford and the Cotswalds with the top down.
However, the front shocks and tires are worn, which can make a driver nervous about hitting bumps, especially on small country roads.
We suggest getting the more comprehensive insurance plan.
