Pick up and drop off was easy. Muhammad was quick to respond, and provided great instructions.
While the car itself is nice and drove well, it unfortunately seems to suffer an AC motor default which meant the AC (when set past level 1 of 6) made an uncomfortably loud and worrisome vibration sound. We flagged this and it seems to have been a known issue. Had we known, we would’ve not booked the car (we had booked another car initially which we cancelled for this one). While largely clean, we found an eaten apple in the side of the passenger door.
Thank you for your feedback - unfortunately the apple was the cleaners mistake they sometimes forget to check the side compartments when cleaning (although it shouldn’t have been put there ) and the ac is the blower motor which is common in Mercedes to be loud and due to change in seasons it’ll always be an issue with Mercedes however the ac works completely fine and is perfectly safe
