Overall, my experience had a mix of positive and challenging moments. On a positive note, the host was exceptionally polite, accommodating, and kind-hearted, and they graciously provided compensation for the inconvenience caused, which we truly appreciated.
However, there were a few significant drawbacks regarding the vehicle and the pickup process. We encountered considerable difficulties during pickup due to technical issues. Furthermore, the car itself did not meet expectations: the interior was not clean upon arrival, and the vehicle's performance while driving left much to be desired.
While the host’s wonderful attitude and willingness to resolve the situation made it easier to understand, the vehicle quality and pickup logistics definitely need improvement.

Not sure why you have said or labelled the car like this. Nothing makes any sense. The car most certainly isn’t dirty, something was left in the boot by a previous guest which I didn’t spot. The pickup is right next to a train station. The location couldn’t be more perfect if you tried. The vehicle drives perfectly as stated be every guest that has taken that car, you will not find one review complaining about performance on this vehicle. I also gave you £20 because you had waited. I was silly
