Host was helpful and prompt, super easy pickup process. The car itself drove well and had no issues.

Pickup was straightforward, however had almost no fuel and had a slightly unpleasant smell of cigarette in the inside. Car has quite a few bumps in the front and back but nothing that affects the driving.
Phone media didn't work for me on the touch screen.
This car was probably a little bit too big to drive around London.
Mohammed offered a ride to the tube after which was nice.
