The Pickup was a struggle, the car battery had become flat and took 90mins to get sorted. The owner did not have jumper leads and this caused massive delay in pickup and I was late for my appointment. The owner was not present on site but his father, which was okay, but to sort out the issue it took many phone calls

as I explained to you that the previous guest left the ceiling light on which caused the battery to become flat,and it out of our hand, as it was 7 o'clock in the morning we did manage to get jump leads from the nearest garage, and everything was fine and I offered you %15 discount for the next tip as I promised.
