Felt like the car hadn't been maintained since its previous trip. Air conditioning wasn't functional at all which was awful in 30 degree temperatures. Boot had dirt and grass everywhere, there was no windscreen fluid in the car, the clutch felt very worn out. Exterior of the car showed more wear and tear than advertised, but thankfully didn't affect driving.
Pick up and drop off were fine, and the inside of the car was clean enough. Car got us from A to B but it was a rough journey
