Pickup location and instructions were very easy / straightforward although it would have been helpful to know where the car was specifically as St Alphage road is very long and the car was at the end. The car itself was great, but the air conditioning didn’t work and so I had to 2 x long drives in 35 degree heat with no air con whilst 6 months pregnant - I obviously wouldn’t have hired the car had I know and sadly would not hire again for this reason as it was pretty horrendous.

Lovely little car, does the job! Kept clean and tidy. Key collection/return was simple with no issues, car easy to find and host communicated throughout. Would definitely rent another car from Alex in the future!
