There was no communication from the owner until I reached out on the morning of collection. The pick up process was complex and not straightforward. The car was not maintained well, with type pressure warnings and dirty interior from previous rides. Likewise, no clear guidance of car return and I had to call several times before receiving a response.
I thought I paid £200 day rate for a BMW car, but the experience was very disappointing for this price.

Petrol is not free fill up as you got the car
I had a great experience. The owner was friendly, easy to contact, and responded quickly to any questions I had. The car was in excellent condition and I had no problems with it at all. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely use this owner again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable car.
