Very nice car, smooth pick up

Car was filthy upon pick up, host was late to respond both at pick up (15 minutes) and drop off (40 minutes) meant I was stood around for ages for the car to be locked and unlocked.
The parking sensors were not working upon pick up - which the host is now trying to pin on me.
