Host was very unclear about the pick up. Said I could pick up any time and unlock remotely” but wasn’t the case so I was not able to get the car and so the trip never happened. Very disappointing.

The car was good, there is some slight damage to it on the outside and inside to take note of before using. Tried to charge us a cleaning fee outside of the app which felt odd. But overall good communication & solid car.

Everything was perfect except that we were told we could give the car back anytime and meet the owner not mentioning any penalty… quite confusing nowing we have almost no delay (45 min)
