second time hiring this car - excellent and seamless pick up and drop off

The gas tank wasn’t full, it fell below 3/4 tank shortly after pickup so it was hard to gage on the way home.
The inside was not cleaned like most cars we rent.
The outside is understandable due to weather but wasn’t clean.
While getting on the highway several time the car stalled instead of accelerating.
We got a ticket at a Airbnb that we shouldn’t have received and it couldn’t be taken off but since the owner of the car didn’t let us know they just paid it and billed Turo knowing they would charge us, we could have had that reversed if they would have only spoke with us first so that was another $120
Hi Rita, thanks for your review, I understand your frustration with the cleaning of the vehicle, that would be our mistake and we do apologise. In terms of fuel, that is normal practice within Turo that you are just expected to return same level or more, as time between guest is sometimes small, so refuelling and of course cleaning are not always possible. The ticket is also based off Turo guidelines to pay before invoicing the customer, as multiple tickets being held off for customers cant work
