Daniel was a fantastic host from start to finish. Communication was clear, quick, and very helpful throughout the entire trip. Pickup and drop-off were smooth and flexible, which made everything stress-free.
The car was exactly as described — clean, well maintained, and drove perfectly. Daniel provided clear instructions about ULEZ, congestion charge, fuel, and even had cables ready for Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, which was a nice touch.
He was very accommodating when I needed to adjust the return time and made the process simple and straightforward. Overall, a very professional and reliable experience.
