Solid 3-day rental overall. Communication was clear and timely, pickup was easy, and the car was clean and a pleasure to drive. Really can't ask for much more than that.
One small thing — the car appeared to be coming up on a service interval, which is worth flagging for future renters. Didn't cause any issues during the trip, but worth noting. Would still recommend.

I’m very particular about maintenance and keeping the cars to a high standard. The vehicle still had close to 1,000 miles remaining until its next scheduled service during your trip, so the service reminder appearing was completely normal.
It’s already booked into the garage in two days as part of the regular maintenance schedule. Thanks again for the recommendation!

Thank you for the review and I'm glad you found the car exactly as advertised. However, I do feel the 4-star rating is unfair. At handover, the guest mentioned they didn’t end up going to the Cotswolds due to central London traffic and time constraints, rather than any issue with the vehicle itself.
The car was delivered on time at 8am, was spotless, well maintained and performed perfectly, so I don’t feel London traffic conditions should reflect negatively on the car or hosting experience.
