Had an issue unlocking the car via website instructed by owner and took a while for owner to respond and resolve the issue. Had the same issue upon return with locking the car. When I booked it, specifically put down location of pick up and was told to pick it up in another location on the day of that required taking an uber. I wish they were upfront about pickup/drop off location beforehand.
