Excellent host, would definitely recommend.

The car was lovely, but the host left much to be desired unfortunately. He is a pleasant young man, but his behaviours resulted in disorganization and inconvenience. For pickup, he arrived 15 minutes late and asked me to meet on a busy road, not at the designated pickup address. This was confusing and doing the check in and collecting the keys on a busy commercial road was not only unexpected but also very unsafe with cars driving by the whole time. He said he was late because he had been to the petrol station to refuel. Strangely, he had only refuelled to 7/8. As someone with no knowledge of this car, refuelling to 7/8 is impossible for me to guage. To avoid any refuelling charge I filled the tank to 8/8 before dropping the car off. For the drop off, he asked me to meet at the exact same spot where we had met for the pick up. Unfortunately this put the onus on me to find a parking and ascertain if I was allowed to park there, neither of which should be my responsibility when returning a rental car. I gave him more than 30 minutes notice of my arrival, and he still arrived late. Confusingly, he did not come to the same location, but rather to the designated pick up point (which we had not used). We messaged back and forth and I eventually found him. He claimed to be confused about the exact location because he is not familiar with the area. In total, I had been waiting around on the street for him for nearly 30 minutes. All in all, a poor service from this young man who needs to consider the customer's experience and also not rent his car out from a busy street.
