I understand how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been, especially when relying on the car for your plans. The incident with the police and the deployment of a tyre deflation device was completely unexpected and outside my control. I really appreciate your patience and understanding. I always want my guests to have a positive experience, and I’m sorry this booking fell short of that.
