Uzair and co. accepted a month-long booking (after previous hosts cancelled last minute) and did everything to ensure it was a smooth trip! They were super accommodating and punctual on arrival and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns through the app.
The car was in the condition you'd expect after 187 trips. Not perfect, but fair. The photos were of the new vehicle not it's present state. We did experience repeated low coolant warnings throughout the trip, but Uzair and co. were quick to respond. Mentioned it was a known recurring issue with this model. We proactively suggested to fill with additional coolant, host agreed and was happy to cover costs incurred (yet to receive). They were quick to rush to our aid when the BMW overheated and brokedown 3 times on our return trip to the airport.
Sometimes things go wrong but nice to know you have hosts who will do what they can to solve the issue. Host also agreed to cover cost of the Uber to get us to the terminal (also yet to receive).
Incredibly grateful for their hospitality, availability and support throughout the trip.
