Everything was good just make sure u have a normal usb cable for apple CarPlay the normal iphone chargers wont fit.

Overall, my experience with this rental was mixed.

The pickup process was somewhat confusing, as the car was not located in its allocated space and was instead parked in a Tesco car park. Once I located the vehicle, I also found that the interior had not been cleaned particularly well following the previous rental. There was a noticeable amount of grass in the boot and on the seats, as well as an unpleasant smell inside the car.

On a positive note, the car was provided with a full tank of fuel, which was appreciated. However, the driving experience itself was not as smooth as I had expected. The car felt quite sluggish when accelerating and generally felt more laborious to drive than I would have liked. I have previously rented another Audi Q2 through the same company and had a much more enjoyable experience, so there was a noticeable difference.

More concerningly, when I first started the car, I was greeted with a notification stating that the vehicle was due an inspection and oil change. As I was about to undertake a long journey, this was not particularly reassuring.

The car completed the journey to my destination without any immediate issues. However, once I arrived, I received a warning that the coolant level was low. This meant I had to go out of my way to purchase coolant and deionised water and top the vehicle up myself. The renter has kindly confirmed that these costs will be reimbursed, which I appreciate, but it was still an inconvenience that I would not expect to encounter with a rental vehicle, particularly during a long journey.

Generally, the car was adequate and got me to my destination, but the overall experience could have been much better. A cleaner vehicle, clearer pickup arrangements, and ensuring that basic maintenance checks and fluid levels had been addressed before the rental would have made a significant difference.
