The car was easy to drive, comfy and economical. However, the most disappointing part of the whole trip was the hosts communication in changing the pick up and drop off locations. We mostly chose this car as the location was listed at Heathrow airport, but 24hrs before pick up this was no longer an option. Similarly, we had to compromise on a return drop off. This was frustrating. Also received the car on low fuel.

Hi Archie, thanks for your review. Regarding the collection, I only suggested the London meeting point because you mentioned you were there and I thought it would save us both travelling. It was just an option. For the return, I did my best to accommodate your last minute change to the drop off time. I agree the exterior could have been cleaner after the motorway drive, although the interior was thoroughly cleaned. Thanks for your feedback and I will take it on board for future rentals.
