The car was great. But we didn’t know when we chose this car it was through a car rental company. It seemed to have created some confusion. We requested drop off to be at 8AM so we could get to the airport in time. But since it was a company we still had to show up at 8 for the Turo app but the care rental place didn’t open till 8:30. They did shuttle us to the airport but the poor woman behind the counter didn’t seem aware that she had to do that. Overall everyone was lovely and kind. The confusion just lead to our pick up and drop off time being off by an hour
