Minor delay of 30 mins to deliver the car otherwise really good and excellent with host in touch throughout and the car was excellent, was able to return the car a day earlier as well and was as all hassle free.

I arranged for the car to be delivered to my home, but it arrived two and a half hours late. The car had no fuel and was dirty inside. As for the car itself, there are newer options available for the same or a similar price.

We apologise for the delay & offered £50 towards fuel as a goodwill gesture. The car was provided fully washed, despite your claim that it was dirty. We also didn’t charge the £150 valet fee, despite the interior damage and the car being returned very dirty. Returning the car early during peak summer season does not mean we can reduce your booking by a day. Please follow Turo’s terms and conditions in future.
