The host Francesca communicated well throughout my trip.
Before pick-up, Francesca ensured the car was cleaned, spelt nice and sent online instructions to access the BMW 1 series. The BMW drove smoothly across motorways, and I enjoyed using the cars eco mode to save on fuel.

Host was great location was easy couple things wrong with car
Thank you for the feedback. During handover it was communicated that The car is imported from Japan, so the physical tachometer displays speed in km/h; and to refer to o the digital mph reading which is literally under the speedometer
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a £150 fine
Keep the vehicle tidy
Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a £150 fine
Refuel the vehicle
Missing fuel may result in an additional fee
