This trip didn't happen due to my baggage being delayed for hours but we still had a lengthy interaction via the app. Our first contact was him asking for more money to deliver the car, which was already paid for on my receipt. At our initial planned meet up, he was quite pushy with wanting to leave minutes after arriving when I was working with the airport trying to locate my baggage adding to the stressful situation. He did not seem aware that turo policy can require him to wait up to 2 hours past the planned start time. When we finally got our bags he said it was too late for him to deliver the car and only would the next day for an additional charge, which is against turo policy. I then instead wanted to pursue a refund under the missed baggage turo policy, and the host was opposed to a refund.
